Yes resturants can survive covid. Resturants can not survive the united states government. Covid is here to stay. It has been for 2 years. Get on with life.

  2. profits over people says:

As auto detailing business owner I started offering covid disenfectant services which is just water and rubbing alcohol in a spray bottle and I charge $89.99 for an interior disenfectant and I only spray the carpet it's basically free money

  3. Alia says:

The restaurant industry has being judged:
    Employee abuse
    Greedy Owners
    Greedy Customers
    Gluttonous Customers
    Sexual harassment
Destruction of the health of Americans:
substances that combine to increase food addiction,
substances that combine in the digestive tract to turn into MSG to side step laws
    Substances that increase heart attacks
High amounts of salt that increase high blood pressure
High amounts of sugar to increase diabetes
Large portions and marketing to Gluttony to increase Obesity
Pressuring waitresses to accept customer lusts in order to be tipped.
Working their slaves to the bone mandating open schedules while underscheduling employees $$$

May the gavel drop on the worst of you. May you close and stay closed until you can do better.

  4. Regina Fisher says:

These politicians and the government have destroyed our country literally destroyed it it's just going to get worse it's never going to get better because they are all greedy and crooked

  5. Chan g says:

🤣🤣🤣 yeah get more preexisting condition by eating in resturants Yup that's how you survive covid🤣🤣🤣 by the way priorites changed for aspiring artists, teens, moms, crowded transportation dependent, college kids, cramped rentors who fled to family in rural/suburns, of course those with precondition conditions (highblood pressure, diabetes, overweight, ect..) ..just cook home

  6. Lori Vattes says:

I don't feel bad that some fast food restaurants are losing money. Are they sure that they were making the majority of their money through drive thru? They are still turning down walk ins – I don't have a car – Maybe they were making their money more from walk-ins than drive thru? Did they do a survey? If you don't have a car don't bother to visit your favorite fast food restaurant. They'll turn you away. If you don't have a car, don't bother to visit us – STAY AWAY!!!!!! All the walk-ins are sick with COVID 19

  7. Marco Antonio Rodríguez Sánchez says:

Good day, I live in United States, i will like to talk about the goodness in my life after so many months of trying to get a loan on the internet and was been scammed so i became desperate in getting a loan from a legit lender on-line then i saw a comment from a friend called Mary Kross and she talked about this legit loan company where she got her loan fast and easy without any stress so she introduced me to a man called Mr Aksel erikson who controls a firm called Aksel Loan Provider.

I applied for a loan sum of ($760,000.00 USD) with low interest rate of 3% so the loan was approved and deposited into my bank account that was how i was able to get my loan to keep my broken business running and also to pay off my bills so i am advising everyone of you who is interested in getting a loan fast and easy to kindly contact them via email: eriksene61@gmail.com or whatapp +14062017349 for more info

This is sad but I can't help but enjoy how much money I'm saving by staying in! Working from home has allowed me more time to improve my cooking skills as well. Not to mention cutting my own hair/beard and mending my clothes vs buying new. I think this pandemic is a great opportunity for people to build their frugality skills.

  10. william nelson says:

I worked ten years in the restaurant industry, and the best thing that ever happened to me was when the restaurant I worked at went out of business.
I worked at that place for seven years. In that time I dealt with racism and abuse from the owners on a daily basis, and the place I worked at before that one was even worse.
The wage was terrible, the people who worked there where all alcoholics and drug addicts. We had two guys die of drugs overdoses and one guy died driving his car into a pond while drunk. The quality of life was terrible and nobody seemed to acknowledge it.
After losing that job, I went back to school and got a degree. I now have a job where I am treated with respect.

  11. Dean Huffman says:

My wife was employed as a sales rep in the commercial division for Gordon Food Service. She had worked for them for 23 years. In April 2020 she was furloughed and told she would be brought back in July. They put a brand new hire young male employee in charge of the very few restaurant accounts she still had up and running. In June, they called her and told her they wanted a teleconference with her the following day. On a Wednesday in mid-June they told her, "Friday is your last day." They offered her a severance package and COBRA health insurance fully paid through the end of the year. But, my health insurance ended with two days notice. We had no recourse as Ohio is an "at will" and "right to work" state. This pandemic is devastating all aspects of the food industry from restaurant, to wholesaler, to grocers, canneries, packers, butchers, producers, farming etc etc. Our food supply as a nation is in serious trouble.

  12. E Randco says:

Restaurants weren’t doing very well before corona. There will probably be even fewer after corona. It costs too much to be a restaurant. Consumers don’t have disposable cash to purchase restaurant meals. By the time you’re done with the purchase, tip, meals tax and surcharges it’s not worth it anyway.

  13. OG-GREEN MACHINE says:

    Restaurants will become a combination
of brick and mortar restaurant and Uber eats

    Basically Amazon for food orders

We had pink Dot in Los Angeles years ago
    You could order absolutely anything
    including liquor

But there was no dine in

That’s what will survive in the future

  14. OG-GREEN MACHINE says:

What has the government ever not made worse?
If they were such geniuses at business
why is America $22 trillion in debt?

    They just destroyed everything.

  15. bbygrlpt2 says:

Its not the restaurants fault that have been increasin prices every yr its the greedy Landlords who rise the rent to the point were they have to hire less ppl and increase prices so that they can make some profit. But a huge part goes straight to the landlord.

  16. D R says:

Thank goodness I went to school and got a real job as a software engineer with an awesome salary and where I am working from the safety of my home and my company will allow us to work from home permanently after this is over if we choose. That will save alot on commute money and give me more time to myself since I won't be spending time traveling to and from work. I hope these businesses make it through. Lord knows the gov't has done NOTHING to help but all they care about is the economy. What good is the economy when most of these businesses will close?

  17. Livinpeace says:

    No testing, tracing, control.
This must’ve been a plan for chaos all along. Because there are no safety measures in place at all. Sending our children out to die? Going to work in the middle of a Deadly Pandemic is the ultimate death sentence.
How evil. To call death like this, a badge of honor is diabolical.

  18. aaa_mmm says:

Its crazy that you can be fired the very same without notice period. Here in Switzerland you are more than protected by government law for employees. And if the employer cannot make the payroll then the government gives you immediate support, which is 70% of your insured salary and 80% if you have kids. From Day 1…, so no struggle mostlikely.
